How to get started
- Complete and submit the contact form or you can send an email to info@vathrive.com with your requirements. You will receive a response within two business days of submitting your request.
- Alternatively, you can schedule a free consultation by clicking on any link on the website that prompts you to do so.
- Book in your appointment on any of the available slots. You’ll be asked to answer a few questions to help me get an idea of what you’re looking for
- Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll meet via zoom for our initial consultation which will typically last for about 30-45min.
You’re not obligated to sign up for anything on the call. It’s simply just for me to get an understanding of what your current situation is and how I can help
What we cover in our 30min discovery call
The discovery call is designed for you to feel comfortable discussing your current challenges. It’s purely relaxed and casual, and to see if we are a good fit to work together. Feel free to ask anything you’re not sure of, and I’ll do my best to offer guidance and advise where needed.
Overview of what we cover during the session
- Get to know more about your business and the type of support you are looking for
- Assess problem areas and skillset required for the work you need support with
- Your experience with outsourcing and what tasks you feel comfortable outsourcing
- Discuss suitable options and if we are fit to work together
- Answer any questions that you may have
A brief agenda will be sent to you once you have booked and confirmed a discovery session.
What happens after the discovery call
If our discovery call is successful, we’ll arrange another meeting shortly after to discuss next steps. You’ll also receive a welcome pack enclosed with our business policies, contracts to sign and a detailed description of services to be carried out with an agreed price plan.
